Wine, spirits, cocktails and beer aren’t an afterthought at One Fifth. They’re essential.
Wine director Matthew Pridgen has created a list featuring selections from around the world with a heavy emphasis on Old World wines from France, Italy, Spain, Austria and Germany. Guests will still find a handful of New World selections, but Matt’s goal is to have a list that complements the classic dishes and pairings found throughout the European continent.
American whiskey is still the spirit focus of the restaurant, thanks to the personal passions of the owners, but bar manager Eli Beckmann incorporated French, Italian and Spanish ingredients into the cocktail list.
