With One Fifth Romance Languages, Chris Shepherd offers his interpretation of the flavors of Spain, France and Italy to his guests. Far from a cursory look at the cuisine of Western Europe, One Fifth Romance Languages is a deep-dive into the culture of these ancient lands, from finely sourced ingredients straight from the region to technique learned from some of its best chefs. Dishes run the culinary gamut from caviar topped Spanish tortilla and succulent seafood paella to chicken roulade and traditional carbonara.
