With One Fifth Gulf Coast, Chris Shepherd and his team feature a variety of dishes that represent the diversity of the terrain and the waters in the Gulf Coast states. The wood-burning oven will be utilized throughout the menu—roasted oysters, pineapples for desserts, blackened ribeye, charred vegetables. Shellfish warrants its own section of the menu. After all, consider the options: Oysters, crab, shrimp, clams, crawfish—raw, cold, roasted, smoked, cured, fried. And, for the first time, One Fifth offers brunch.
